We know that now, more than ever, we need to care for the environment.
We work hard every day to continue to offer all our customers the best connectivity in Europe, to give them more options to travel and discover new places. However, the aviation sector is a substantial source of CO₂ -between 2 and 3% of global CO₂ emissions-, and also a potential source of non-CO₂ impacts. Therefore, while we continue to improve customer experience, we are also focused on taking steps to reduce our environmental footprint, recognizing that meaningful changes are needed to address the impact of global warming.
Environmental, Social and Governance Report
At Vueling we are fully aware of the importance of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and we continue to work in a comprehensive way in order to manage, measure and report on initiatives in these areas.

Airlines face a great challenge due to our dependence on fossil fuels and the fact that low-carbon solutions are much more complex for our industry. However, IAG has led action in the aviation sector on climate change for more than a decade and we are convinced that reaching net zero emissions is possible.
