How can I request the assistance service?
Depending on when the flight is departing, you can request assistance through one channel or another.
More than 48 hours to departure

Through our website, you can indicate your type of special need while booking the flight. We'll send you confirmation of your assistance request upon completion of the booking.
Less than 48 hours to departure

By calling our Customer Services Centre. Once you have called, we'll send you confirmation of your assistance.
Less than 24 hours to departure

Contact the airport directly to request the service. They will send you confirmation.
What do I have to do on the day of the flight?
Go to the meeting point at the airport two hours before scheduled departure. We recommend contacting the airport a few days in advance to set a time to meet. Otherwise, you can use the interphone that you'll find at the meeting point and airport staff will come to fetch you.

The airport assistance staff will accompany you at all times: from check-in through to your seat on the plane.
