Vueling is adapting to the exceptional situation we're all facing by offering several flexilibility options for your current and future bookings.

Change of flight
You can change the date or time of your flight up to 2 hours before departure through our website, app or Customer Services Centre, or at the airport up to one hour before departure.
The change of date (time or day) for flights operated by Vueling or Iberia can be done free of charge through our website within 24 hours of making the booking. You only pay the fare difference, if any.

Same-day time change
Bring your flight forward
With the TimeFlex fare you can bring your flight forward free of charge on the same day, via our app, at our Ticket Office at the airport or by calling our Customer Services Centre.
Plus, with the Basic, Optima and Family fares, you can purchase this service when booking your flights.
Change to a later flight
With the TimeFlex fare you can change to a later flight on the same day, at no extra cost.
If you're a Premium customer you can also change to a later flight, at no extra cost, with the TimeFlex fare. If you're travelling under the Optima or Basic fares, you only pay the change fee.
You can make this change via our mobile app.
Change of name
You can change the name of the ticket holder up to 2 hours before departure of the flight, providing none of the flights in the booking have been completed.
The change of name on flights operated by Vueling can be done free of charge through our website within 24 hours of making the booking. You only pay the fare difference, if any.
If it is a flight operated by another company, you must make the change through our Customer Services Centre.
