Terms and Conditions for the “Vueling 20 years” Promotion

The “Vueling 20 Years” promotion is organised by VUELING AIRLINES, S.A., with CIF number A-63422141, and registered office at Carrer Catalunya, nº83 Viladecans (Barcelona), (hereinafter, “VUELING”).

PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) aims to raise awareness of VUELING's presence and activity.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion will take place from June 16 to June 20, 2025.

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

To participate in the Promotion, you must be of legal age and a resident of Spain.

No VUELING employees or their associates, nor their direct family members, are allowed to participate.

By simply participating, all participants accept the terms and conditions of this Promotion and the rules governing its implementation.

Only natural persons are eligible to participate, thereby excluding collective profiles, legal entities, companies, associations, and similar bodies.

PROMOTION MECHANICS

To participate, you must have a flight reservation in your name for flights operated by VUELING, purchased between the 16th and 20th June 2025.

Participants can enter as many times as the number of reservations they make in their name during that period.

Participants who include comments degrading the dignity or image of others or of VUELING will be excluded. Their entries will be removed, and VUELING reserves the right to take legal action.

From among the registered participants using the provided form, VUELING will select one (1) winner through random methods.

PRIZE

The winner will receive:

Unlimited round-trip flights in the Basic fare for the winner and one companion (who must always fly together and always be the same person), valid for one (1) year on flights operated by VUELING. Flights are subject to seat availability. Tickets must be used before 21/06/2026.

Reservations must be made at least 21 days in advance of travel.

Tickets include one (1) checked bag and cannot be changed once issued.

Vueling shall not be liable for any travel expenses to and from the departure and arrival airports, nor for meals or accommodation costs incurred during any waiting times for the flight to the designated destination.

VUELING shall not be responsible for any expenses the winner or their companion may incur during their stay at the destination.

According to Article 3 of EC Regulation 261/2004, flights granted through this promotion are exempt from its application as they are provided free of charge.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified via private message before June **.

If the winner declines the prize, the next person selected will be contacted. If two (2) people decline, the prize will be declared void and will remain with VUELING.

STATEMENT OF TRUTH

Participants must provide truthful information. If any information is false, the prize will be cancelled.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Prizes may not be substituted, exchanged, altered, compensated, transferred, or sold.

Winners are responsible for any taxes resulting from receiving the prize.

VUELING reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time and for any reason.

Vueling reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes is misusing and/or attempting to manipulate the competition mechanics, and to exclude them from the competition accordingly.

Participants must guarantee the accuracy of their personal information. False data or failure to meet the requirements of the terms and conditions of this Promotion may lead to disqualification.

Vueling reserves the right to make modifications or add subsequent appendices concerning the competition mechanics and prizes, provided these changes are justified, do not disadvantage participants, and are communicated to them appropriately.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

By participating, entrants accept these terms and VUELING’s decisions regarding any issues arising from them.

The claim period ends five (5) days after the winner is notified. Claims must be sent in writing to VUELING’s registered address.

For any disputes, both VUELING and participants expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.

TAX WITHHOLDING AND PRIZE TAXATION

Under Spanish personal income tax regulations, prizes awarded in games, contests, raffles, or promotional campaigns are subject to tax withholding if the prize value exceeds €300.

The applicable laws are Law 35/2006, Royal Decree 437/2007, Royal Decree 2069/1999, Law 13/2011 on Gambling Regulation, and others. VUELING will carry out the applicable tax withholding. Any additional tax obligations are the responsibility of the winner.

The prizes offered in this promotion are subject to Spanish tax laws, including Law 35/2006 on Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 437/2007, Royal Decree 2069/1999 (approving the Statute of the State Public Business Entity for Lotteries and State Betting), Law 13/2011 on Gambling Regulation, and any other relevant regulations.

Where applicable, Vueling will handle the payment on account or apply the necessary withholding tax. However, please note that any other tax implications arising from the prize award are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

DATA PROTECTION

Participation in this Promotion is voluntary. The data provided will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for the Promotion. VUELING is the data controller. FORCE MAJEURE

VUELING is not responsible for any unexpected events that may affect the Promotion. Nor is VUELING liable for errors from third parties essential to the delivery of the prize.
