“Alternative Flight Offer” Terms & Conditions
"Alternative Flight Offer" is an initiative by Vueling which aims to offer certain Customers selected by Vueling at its discretion who, on certain flights that Vueling anticipates will be full, the flexibility to change their original booking, with the option of changing their original flight to a different one.
This Voucher is offered in cases that are in accordance with and fall within the scope of application of the provisions of Article 4.1 of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding, amongst other things (“Regulation EC 261”) and only within the scope of application of Regulation (EC) 261.
