Each passenger in the booking can check in 1 bag of up to 23 kg.

Don't forget that with Vueling you can take one bag as hand luggage included in the booking, providing it meets the following conditions: maximum size of 55x40x20 cm maximum weight of 10kg.

The most exclusive seat on the plane, in row 1, with extra room for a more comfortable journey and with no one sitting next to you.

Flexible on changes

This fare offers you the flexibility to make any necessary changes since you won't be charged the standard change fee: you can make unlimited time and date changes to your booking via our website or by calling our Customer Services. You can also change the name of the ticket holder by calling Customer Services. In both cases, you will have to pay any difference in the total cost of the fare at the time the change is made (if the available fare is cheaper for the new flight, no refund will be made).

Flight cancelation and refund

The Excellence fare allows you to cancel your flight providing you haven't already completed one of the legs, and we'll refund the full fare (credit card/PayPal fees and the purchase of any additional service not included in the fare shall not be refunded).

Exclusive check-in desks at Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao airports.

Chance to get points through the Punto programme or Avios through the Iberia Plus programme

During the purchase process, the passenger can choose whether to collect Vueling points for the Punto programme or Avios for the Iberia Plus programme.

Each Punto passenger in the booking can collect 1 Vueling point per €2 spent on their flights.

Each Iberia Plus passenger can collect 1 Avios for each mile flown under this fare in accordance with Avios points collection table.

And remember you'll get more Avios each time you fly with the Excellence fare.

Preferential boarding

Only Excellence fare passengers may board when they like, without having to wait in the queue.

Room reserved on the plane for hand luggage

Only Excellence fare passengers have guaranteed room on the plane for their hand luggage. Each passenger may take one bag as hand luggage included in the booking, providing it meets the following conditions:

Maximum size: 55x40x20 cm

Maximum weight: 14 kg

Bring Your Flight Forward service

Swap your flight for an earlier one that departs the same day absolutely free.

You can only make this change at the sales desk at the airport, between 2 hours before departure of the new flight and closing time of the check-in desk, which is 40 minutes before departure of the new flight (except Rome, which closes 55 minutes before departure).

Remember that the Bring your flight forward service is subject to seat availability.

Which flights can I bring forward?

1. At Spanish airports: this service is available for all flights that operate more than once a day.
2. At all other airports: you can bring your flight forward if travelling from Rome (FCO), Milan (MXP), Paris (ORY) or Venice (VCE).

Instant check-in

Once you've completed your booking, you'll get a confirmation email containing the boarding passes for the flight (this service is only available if the airport you're flying to offers the online check-in service).

Catering of your choice on board

Choose your favourite snack, sandwich or soft drink during the flight.

Fast-track through security control

You can avoid queues at security control in Barcelona Airport by presenting your boarding pass in the “Fast-track” area.

VIP lounges at the airport
