Baggage management

Most of the luggage we carry arrives at the same time as our passengers at their destination, fast and safely, but unforeseen events may sometimes occur. We would like to apologise for what has happened and for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are doing our best to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

Bag tracing

We are currently working to send you your luggage within the next 24 hours to the address stated on the report created at the airport (PIR). For your peace of mind, we would like to inform you that most bags are located and delivered within 72 hours.

In the meantime, you can find out all the latest information on the tracing of your case by going on WorldTracer, the world tracing system.

Check the details

If, despite the efforts we are making to deliver your luggage, you still have not received it after more than 5 days, please fill out the following form to check the file details and state the contents of the bag in order to make it easier to trace.

Make a luggage insurance claim

If you have an insurance policy that includes baggage cover, we advise you to get in contact with your insurance company before sending a claim to Vueling, because your policy may offer you more cover. If you wish, you can contact us to ask for a report with the details of the luggage loss, damage or delay.

Damaged suitcase

If your luggage has been damaged during the trip, please fill out the following form to manage its replacement.

If your luggage is not a suitcase, please contact us so we can offer you a solution.

Remember that in any case you must provide the report (PIR) that was issued at the airport's luggage office.

Items left on board

If you have left anything behind on one of our planes, you can send us an email to with the following details:

A description of the item (colour, size, make, etc.), passenger's name, telephone number, contact email, flight no, seat no, flight date and route.

We will inform you if the lost item has been handed in.
