Travelling to Tangier
Tangiers is the main sea port of Morocco. The city is renowned for its markets, its crafts, its colour, its mosques and its excellent cuisine.
The bazaar known as the Grand Souk is the gateway to the Old Medina of Tangiers. You'll marvel at its twisting streets, colourful houses and fascinating craft shops. Then stop off at the Petit Souk and enjoy a mint tea at one of its outside cafés.
The best beaches of Tangiers are to be found around the famous Cape Spartel. And to round off our trip, just five kilometres from the Cape, you can explore the mysterious Caves of Hercules, a colourful and rich archaeological site.
