The capital of Scotland is full of charm. You can start off by walking down the Royal Mile, which is a beautiful avenue in the old town, with the famous Edinburgh Castle at one end, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse at the other.
If you like to survey a city from its highest point, you can walk up to Arthur’s Seat. You're sure to love it! Another place not to be missed is The Shore in the district of Leith, a lively and cosmopolitan area lined with bars and small local shops.
You can't leave Scotland, of course, without trying its best whisky. To do that you can go to a pub or visit The Scotch Whisky Experience, which is an interesting museum that explains in detail how Scotch whisky is made. Cheers!
