HabanaAs a primary recommendation we couldn't leave out a place with Mediterranean food. It is located in Barceloneta from where you can contemplate over the beautiful views of the beach of San Sebastian. Its stellar dishes are paella marinera (seafood paella) and the dorada al horno (oven-baked Gilt head fish). As indicated in its name, it has a Cuban touch that is affirmed by trying its tapas. It doesn't end here because when the evening arrives you will see how this restaurant turns into an exciting place full of drinks where the festivities lie, accentuated by Caribbean music that plays until the morning hours.Escar, 1 (Esquina Pº. Juan de Borbón) NegroLocated in modern Barcelona, Negro offers a comfortable and detailed decor set in a Minimalist style. Its enormous chandeliers illuminate some creative and surprising recipes.Diagonal 640 ShojiroWe can't tell if Shojiro is an establishment of Catalan cuisine with a hint of Japanese flavour, or if it's the other way around; Japanese with a hint of Catalan flavour. Either way, what does it matter when what is truly important in a restaurant is the food, which is out of this world? Go by Shojiro and try one of its succulent dishes, among which stand out are the Tataki tuna with sherry vinegar or the Teriyaki-style beef.Ros de Olano 11
