Terms and conditions a passenger must accept when occupying a duo seat:
Travelling in a duo seat guarantees you more space as the middle seat next to you will be kept empty at all times during the flight. Therefore, a duo seat may not be used by passengers who may occupy a space larger than that of a single seat or who are carrying pets or musical instruments on board, nor for the transportation of hand luggage.
In exceptional circumstances, row 2 will also be considered as a Duo seat. You will travel in complete comfort with nobody sat in the seat next to you, you will enjoy preferential boarding and exclusive check-in desks in Madrid and Barcelona, and you will have guaranteed space for your hand luggage and a free drink and snack during the flight.
