You can now change your flight to an earlier one that departs on the same day at absolutely no cost whatsoever.
This change can only be made via the sales desk at the airport between 2 hours prior to departure of the new flight and check-in closure 40 minutes prior to departure of the new flight (except Rome, where check-in closes 55 minutes prior to flight departure).
This service is subject to availability and is only available at the following airports:
You will be able to take an earlier flight when travelling from the international airports of Rome (FCO), Milan (MXP), Paris (ORY) or Venice (VCE).
This service will be available at domestic airports on all routes with more than one flight per day.
