From 26 July 2008, the provision of an assistance service for disabled and mobility-impaired passengers will no longer be the responsibility of airlines, but that of each airport. - If you are disabled or have impaired mobility and booked your flight by telephone, we’ll make sure your request reaches the service operators in the airport concerned.
- If you made your booking through our website, you must advise us at least 48 hours before the flight that you are flying with us, which is to be done by calling by the Vueling Reservation Center on 902 33 39 33. We’ll ensure your request reaches the service operators in the relevant airport.
- In the case of Spanish airports, you may, if you prefer, arrange for assistance in the airport by contacting Aena directly via the website www.aena.es or by calling the Aena Telephone Information and Help Service on 902 404 704. Remember that you must advise us at least 48 hours before your flight that you're flying with us.
Once you arrive at the airport you must go to one of the meeting points for disabled and mobility-impaired passengers at the airport and request assistance there. The service operators will escort you to our check-in desks. Look at a map of the airport from which your outbound flight is departing to find the nearest meeting point. Remember that you must be at the Vueling check-in desk 2 hours before your flight takes off. |

| Want to spread your wings? |
| If you need a bit more elbow room, you can buy our Duo seat, located in rows 1 to 3. You won’t have anyone sitting next to you! Purchase of this type of seat means the middle seat remains unoccupied for the entire duration of the journey. Therefore, this seat cannot be used to carry hand luggage of excessive dimensions. Neither can it be used by other passengers who, for any reason (such as the use of crutches, plaster casts, etc.), may occupy a larger space than their individual seat. |

| What happens if I buy a Duo seat and somebody sits next to me? |
| Don’t worry, this will generally never occur. If, for operational reasons, it were necessary, the company reserves the right to occupy the adjacent seat. However, in this case, we will refund the amount you paid for this seat. |

How much baggage can I take? |
Each passenger can check in up to 20kg of luggage at a cost of €10 per flight and suitcase when doing so via our website. It is important that during the purchase process you indicate the exact number of suitcases you will check in because, once at the check-in counter, unregistered suitcases will incur a cost of €20 per flight and suitcase. Any weight exceeding 20 kg will be charged at a rate of 8 euros per additional kg; up to the total maximum of 50 kg allowed per person. The maximum weight admissible per package is 32 kg. You are allowed to take 1 piece of carry-on luggage weighing up to 10kg with the maximum dimensions of 55x40x20cm.

| Can I check in bicycles, golf clubs, snowboards surf or windsurf boards? |
You can travel with sports equipment like skis, snowboard, golf clubs, bicycle, surfboard, windsurfer and so on, as long as you pay an additional, 30-euro charge per item and flight. Remember that bicycles must be correctly wrapped or packaged for transport (the bicycle dismantled as far as possible, tyres deflated and pedals removed). (Bear in mind that in the Carriage Conditions, point 8.2. in the section Luggage, we establish that the company has the authority to accept or reject any parcel due to its weight, shape or size). |

ABOUT VUELING
How is Vueling able to provide such great fares? |
As you may well know, Vueling is a new type of company that incorporates the latest in technology and customer service to always provide you with the best fares. Below, you will find three fundamental reasons that make us competitive: - Our sales are directly internet-based or through the Phone Reservation Center. - Our aircraft, Airbus 320, are new, which use the most efficient designs and materials in order to reduce the fuel consumption and other operative costs. - Our flight crew always sleep “on base” (basically, at home) which allows for us to have high productivity levels and little travel costs. |
| Back |
| |
| How is the fare determined? |
The fare is basically determined by two variables: the amount of time the customer books in advance and the number of seats already booked on the flight.
This generally means that the earlier you buy, the cheaper your flight will be, and that the price of the flight rises as the plane fills up. |

Punto air points have no flight restrictions. They just depend on seat availability on the flight you choose. Just one word of advice: Your air points work like airfares. The earlier you book, the fewer air points you’ll need and vice versa. For a national flight you’ll need a minimum of: - One-way – 500 air points.
- Return fare - 1.000 air points.
Apart from earning points, if you flew with us more than 25 times over the year and you buy a ticket on points, we’ll give you a ticket for your friend for free. With Punto, your airfare will be free. The only thing you’ll have to pay are the fees and taxes.
